Hi,
Read your recipe for the butterscotch pie. I am not a fan of merangue and would love to put fresh whipped cream on the pie. When the filling is made and poured into the crust…can I just let it cool and then put on the cream? It does not have to bake in the oven for the filling to be set..correct? Pls. advise.
WHERE did you FIND the recipe for the butterscotch pie? The pictures are beautiful and tempting- the stories and family pics great but after 45 minutes I totally GAVE UP trying to FIND the recipe. I assumed the recipe would be under the picture? All I found were direction on mixing the ingredients- but never found the ingredients or amounts- bake time- nothing- I give up. LOOKS like a great pie. Betty
Hi Betty,
If you scroll to the bottom of the blog post just before the comments the recipe is there along with baking directions. Hope you find it!

Katrina,
I had asked you back Dec 7th if I could vlog your Artichoke Feta Cheese Garlic Bread. You said it was OK and I would tell you. Well, I had lost your blog url and I found it and I post a vlog. But I changed a few things. And since I vlog your recipe and now I found your url..I am adding a link on the post to your blog.
I invite you to view the video. I think you will like it.
Thanks for your time and consideration. You have a wonderful blog here and you share great recipes. Looking forward to your next post.

You don’t need meringue, but the pie needs quite a while to set. It can be quite “goopy” if not given time. The whip cream sounds like a great idea!
